It can be a regular conditioner, deep conditioner, and a leave in. I find it very moisturizing but not a lot of slip (if that’s something u look for).

Not really. It helps the product stay on skin and not get all over floors, etc. For faster+
results you could try occlusion - put plastic sandwich bags on your feet for maybe an hour or so (NOTE: BE CAREFUL - slip and fall danger!
