if in US, I'd recommend skipping retinol & using OTC adapalene 0.1% gel (Differin, LRP, etc). if ++
not in the US, I would say it depends on what is OTC vs Rx in your country. Unfortunately, I think both retinols and retinaldehyde seem less stable IM

For me, it depends how flaky I can get. For flaky days, I put on Cerave cream first. Also, paying
attention to my skin, I’ll skip the cream and use skinmedica HA.
