I can't comment on skinceuticals but I've used clear (non tinted)and is very light+
Like lightest as I've ever used. If you apply it over much more than bare skin, it can pill, however. Over bare skin it applies like a dream!

I can’t comment on the Elta but I am 40 with clog/acne prone +
skin and I really like the Skinceuticals for daily incidental exposure. I just top it with a light powder for a polished matte look.
