Supposedly it’s this miracle conditioner that makes your hair silky & smooth but without weighing it down at all.

I use it multiple times per week. It is definitely different than a silicone primer. ++
It's not slippery silky like a cone primer. Maybe that is what you are noticing? I apply Tarte Smoothing primer or Elf Putty primer in spots over it w
