I get balayage and I use olaplex 2, joico kpak, and pureology hydrating mask rop
Or a Shea moisture mask. I try and do I once a week in that order and it works. I always do it it right before going to get balayage too.

You can try to go for corrective color at a salon is that doesn't work. good luck--I've been there!
