another option is to get a good basic lotion (Walmart has a bunch of brand name dupes, in ++
the Equate brand), then add a bit of oil (shea nut oil, avocado, etc) to it (in your hand) and apply to wet skin.

Sorry you're dealing with this. This is my SD routine; I've been doing the washcloth ++
compresses for 3+ years now and it's well worth it. (Though now doing once daily; after you get things under control, you can usually go to one a day.
