Seche Vive is a uv cured topcoat, I don't have any experience with it, but that is the only one +
I know of that uses UV. No regular color polish will dry with a lamp.

Yes, Seche Vite does contain toulene as well as formaldehyde. I knew ++
nothing about the ingredients back then when I started using it originally. But back in the "olden days" basically every nail polish included toulene.
