I usually do #1, might smooth it with as thin a second coat as possible if it's really streaky.+

second this, you have to rub it really hard to get the soft rubbery surface off and then you're+
left with a smooth handle. Used to try this and just wipe the handle - that won't do the trick. Needs some elbow grease. :)

I have been using them over glossier future dew, so no. but im sure if I just use sunscreen +
moisturizer, they would be ok. I like using future dew as a primer bc my skin is dry and it makes foundation go on divinely smooth. rare beauty liqu
