I use it every time I wear mascara. I loved Shiseido for many years until they discontinued. I've +
been using YSL ever since. I hated Lancome (which many here love) and Dior - not a fan of those white thick primers at all. Shiseido was THE BEST!

Tbh if there was a choice other than the two, I’d be there with bells on. If I need something++
DS I will more likely to to Ulta than CVS/Walgreens. But Target has stepped up its game lately so I can often find what i need there just like at Ulta
