I have thick (dense) and medium/coarse hair so I put it everywhere, lol. My scalp can always use ++
moisture so I take the opportunity to do a scalp massage (like I'm at the salon) and they always do this when conditioning hair so I figure why not?

Curious about the salt-free type myself. I do better with sulfate shampoo in hard water
here & edta although I think a c14-16 shampoo may work ok for me if I ever came across one that didn’t dry my scalp or hair too much.
