literally had this discussion with a friend yesterday. She couldn't understand why rop
she was so sensitive to retinol as a beginner so I asked her what % she used and she said 1%.....I was like nooo that's high!

I doubt it - I’m 64. I would definitely recommend this because it’s similar in

Also, retinol can be effective at 0.25% concentration. 1% is considered ‘high’

I will need to use it for many months to see if the retinol has any effect - but I find it
the most nourishing, long lasting and pleasant to use body lotion ever. And I have many - oils, lotions, butters, you name it.
