you can use both am and pm, but when i'm using rx tret pm i usually skip the lactic acid. but i+
think you could use it at same times as tret, as long as it doesn't irritate you. if u use at same time, the directions for rx tret say to use on bar

If your skin is able to tolerate Tretinoin well I would just stick with it and use allover. Retinol+
and RAL are so much more ineffective they aren't worth trying if your skin likes Tretinoin. Regardless you still would need to wear a high SPF/PPD ss
