As far as tools, you can use spoolies (Dollar tree) cheap eyeliner brushes (Essence). I use Q-tips+
to clean. I apply a layer of Vaseline (or something similar) for protection.

boxes and boxes of them! i use only 6 of them daily (or 7 as one is double-ended) +
