My worst triggers for my type 2 rosacea are food. Yogurt doesn't +
cause a flare but does if has artificial sweetener. My flares (and papules/pustules) arrive the next day. An immediate flare does happen for some.

I have a deposit to get this done, the new Volux is supposed to be amazing for chin/jaw. My ps said+
it could last 2 years! I don't think they could put in that much where it would stretch out your neck. Keep us posted.
