what about photoshop touch ups? it's hard to say what has been touched up vs. ps vs. makeup ++

Oops, sorry. Sometime ago, they came out with 12-pan palettes that look a lot like UD palettes ro
such as Naked Honey and Nakeds 3. Someone here from the UK said they reminded her of the W2 palettes we Americans sometimes see at Marshalls or TJX. E
