It is NOT a miracle. I didn't suddenly have perfect smooth bouncy hair. But, I am not hating it and my hair has tended to be less cotton candy ish.

Try a tea tree shampoo. Chaz Dean and Paul Mitchell make good ones.

2nd the Malibu. My friend rec'd Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two, it cleans well, but I feel like it will+
strip my color so I only use the PM Two right before I go in for a color. I much prefer the Malibu when I need to do regular clarifying.
