10% is really high, you can do a 10% cleanser, leave on for a min and wash off. Panoxyl is good

What medication was it? You are no longer on it, right? How long ago did you stop it?+
If it was a med that affected hormones, and you have stopped taking it just recently, it may take 3-6 months for your skin to get back to normal on it
