they have great tips and support. Even if full Curly Girl doesn't work for you, here is what I do: Shampoo with sulfate free shampoo every other day

1st make sure your cleanser is not causing the problem. Avoid high pH soaps. Squeaky clean is not+
good. Be sure to use a good mild cleanser like Cerave hydrating or Foaming depending on whether your skin is generally dry or oily. Neutrogena Ultra
