I love all three of these. I can't quite remember which of the Hourglass powders is the closest to translucent, the one I use came in a trio palette.

I decant any liquids. For loose powder, I use an old BM e/s sifter. For dry shampoo, I buy one++
that's non-aerosol (Klorane, Bumble & bumble or Acure have ones that you squeeze to puff the powder out). Those don't count towards your TSA 3-1-1 liq
