Sounds like your skin does not like BP, as the Neutrgoena is I THINK 2.5%, which is a nice low dose+
in that case, you may want to try azelaic acid/BHA. PC makes a nice azelaic acid and one of them, if she still makes it, also contains BHA. For me,
