TO has an azelaic acid 10% that's inexpensive. I think concentrations over 10% need an RX. I use PC'

I think the "negatives" are for those who have sensitivities to them. For me +++
I tend to be sensitive to silicones, niacinamide and oat derivatives. There's usually one of those in many of PC products.

Yes. I tried several (DE, PC, Clinique) & didn't notice any difference. So found it not worth the $+
or the worry about it being discolored/potentially ineffective. I prefer to stick to the basics and what I get results from.
