Funny, I find the PC more pigmented on me. Maybe because the tone is a bit pale and pinkish on me +
so the shade isn’t a perfect match? The Neostrata totally blends in - if I put some on my hand, for example, and rub it it it looks like nothing.

It depends. PC is less pigmented but NeoStrata is very pigmented imo. When I used LRP +
tinted Anthelios I found that very pigmented and transferred like crazy (yuck).
