2nd ingredient (after water) is silicone, which seems crazy for a toner, IMO +

I have sensitive skin, but want to try this. I really love several PC products. Truthfully, the
nostalgia of peel off masks from the 80's is the main reason I want to get this;) *edit- I see that it's not a peel off, but rather a peel.
