I heard Eucerin Eczema was good. So is Gold bond Eczema. I had a patch on my knee and it's gone+
My general practitioner recommended a strong steroid 2X a day for ten days, then a rich moisturizer like Cetaphil. I used JM Argan oil Whipped.

I did. I was 37. I started on a hormone patch right away and I think that helped, but r/o
still felt 'off' for several weeks. It's a huge adjustment on your body. It took me a few months to get back to feeling mostly normal.
