You can ask for different patch manufacturers. I use Dotti from Amneal and it's not crumbly.

use the Bobbi Brown Soothing Cleansing oil. Soaks right off rub a bit to get the glue off ur skin. +

I'm hesitant because supposedly, the cancer risk is slightly higher with oral estrogen vs. the patch, but recently the pharmacy is giving me a super c
