Which Cetaphil product? Can you patch test it on your inner upper arm for a few days and see+
if you get a reaction? Do you have an OTC hydrocortisone ointment(less ingredients) to reduce redness and itching? I would see a derm as soon as you

I take 100mg micronized nightly. Plus an estrogen patch. My understanding is that if you still+
have a uterus then you should take both estrogen and progesterone.
