If she’s allergic to the adhesive, she should tell her doctor and the pharmacy that
fills the prescription. They might be able to try a different patch from a different supplier or suggest a topical cream/gel.

Has she tried the gel? It's just as good as the patch imo and you don't have to deal with the r/o
adhesive issues. In the UK it's called oestrogel. You can also control the dose better, i.e. go up half a dose etc.. The patches are less flexible ime
