I’ve ordered from them once and it was horrible, customer service basically told me I was SOL even +
Though it was their error that let my package get misdelivered. So I did a chargeback on my card and will never order from them again

They refused to refund me after my package never arrived. I guess they shipped it to Brazil? I live in the U.S. I’ll never give them my business again
