I never used the original only the pencil but to me the shine formula is like a shiny balm about as+
some Chante Lip Chics or PMG sheer formula or Dior Addict Shine but balmier, almost greasy.

No, not related to anything you posted. It's its own separate recipe that's been on Allrecipes +
