OPI used to be based in CA and bottled there too. They moved manufacturing to NC some years ago.+
The website doesn't list anything other than based in USA now.

It looks like a typical Spring collection, but tbh I'm never crazy about Spring collections anyway.+
I don't think the hand pictures are the actual polishes; it seems like they pulled pics of similar OPI colours to give a feel what the collection look

I started off feeling meh about this collex. Then, as more blogs and swatch videos came out, I'm liking OPIHoliday 2022 more and more. :) Here is
