Nutrafol is the best IME. If you just want it to grow faster, biotin is fine. But if you're trying +
to grow it thicker, you want Nutrafol. I tried Viviscal previously and I don't think it really helped.

Rogaine won't be any more effective than a generic minoxidil, so no need to switch. Are you using 5%
or 2%? Nutrafol is supposed to be very effective. My derm recommends it for hair loss, along with minoxidil and PRP. Lasers can be helpful too.
