I use Lancome Idole and it washes easily w/ Neutrogena Hydroboost cleanser +
I also use the L'Oreal tubing and it rinsing completely with tepid water and a "flicking outwardly" motion over the eyelashes.

the only ones that take pains to create decent UVA protection are LRP anthelios and neutrogena++
they are active on the conference circuit, do new research, etc. they will make the most of what is available due to horrible USA regulations.
