Tried neutrogena, O'Keefe, L'Occitane but they didn't work as well as my favorites. TBS Hemp is nice too but the smell is too hemp oil - rather fishy.

maybelline, l'oreal, rimmel and neutrogena all have them at Walmart, Can't vouch for effectiveness..
as I don't use one. Yes, they are supposed to work on brows as well. My friend uses one but she uses the Grande one that's like $70?
