I got several that were the jellies and were so sheer- I now have a little collection of vnl rop
blurring basecoats that have really really helped those sheer polishes. So now I do Nailtiques, base coat, vnl blurring base then 2-3 coats of polishe

yes, for sure! I agree wtih some sort of strengthener, I use Nailtiques 2, you have to find the one
that works for your chemistry- I'd tried OPI nail envy and something from Butter London before settling on Nailtiques, but my nails are super strong!

I have had great luck with Nailtiques. OPI Nail Envy is pretty good too I think.

I"m a reformed nail biter too- and I swear by Nailtiques 2- do you have a treatment base coat you
like? I had to try a couple before finding one that really strengthened my nails.
