Nuxe Reve de miel is fantastic, IMO. I also love Tatcha Kissu and the one from Indeed labs.

YMMV regarding ingredients but for me it's shea butter that works best. Jack Black lip balm and ++
Laneige Lip mask are my two favourites, they work awesome for me. Rosebud Salve is my third favourite, it's base is petrolatum and cotton seed oil
