Hmm not necessarily I think. Nudestix Bloom is stickier and balmier than Kjaer Weis but the latter+
stays on the entire day. Shiseido WhippedPowder is siliconey and it has pretty good lasting power. I have oily skin and Kjaer Weis lasts the longest.

I've used and liked TBS ones (esp the plum one which was stunning) but they dry out quickly so I don't recommend those unless you're going to use one
