It used to be Nars Dolce Vita (matte) lip pencil. But they changed the color and the formula :(

Try a different brand/concealer. I have ZERO luck with Nars base products. Try something +
more neutral. I am loving the Gucci concealer and ND Hy-Glam. CT Beautiful Skin, Dior Forever Skin Correct, Haus Labs, also have good neutral options.
