Yes the NARS soft matte is an excellent spot concealer ++
It even goes over healing pimples nicely :)

If you mean the Nars radiant creamy concealer, I found it good on spots. The only problem ++
I had with it was as an undereye concealer. I am 63 and have dry undereyes with fine lines, and the Nars REALLY dried the area out, causing it to lo
