Several of my NARS and Bobbi Brown powder blushes seem to have reduced color payoff.
Granted these are 4+ years old. Is this just due to the age of the product or is it more common with certain brands? Thanks!

2nd this approach. Kosas concealer is pigmented but less cakey under eyes as the NARS+
(Ive used both). But agree with dahlialover that getting sample sizes to try. You never know what's going to work best.
