You need to apply 1.25 ml of a product to get the SPF labelled. That's a thick layer! +
Foundations and powders don't really add any ptotection from the environment. Also, the face is often darker than the neck.

I like to get mini travel sprayers and decant 4-5 ml into them.
They never leak and since you don't remove the top to use it like you do a dropper bottle, it doesn't spill even it it gets knocked over.
