I received a heavy cardboard mailer with lots of crumpled paper and a coupon for a specific item. I assumed a sample was supposed to be in the mailer

I'm sorry to hear that. I had an issue with one I bought that *arrived* broken and they were
a nightmare to deal with. The vendo, LovelySkin, eventually refunded my money. But it was a really bad experience. They put me in touch with NuFace.

This looks great. What is the tint shade like? Good for light skintones, like MAC NC20ish? ++
Unfortunately it's out of stock on DermStore and LovelySkin is saying it's backordered and will return May 2024! In time for summer I guess :)
