Lily Lolo is awesome. Alima is also highly rated but I have not used the foundation. NW13ish +
and my match is China Doll in LL. Light/nuetral. LL has Unblush concealer. I bought it also due to the good reviews here.

PBI - The indie brands for mineral makeup have a few ingredients and iron oxide is near the bottom +
