I've always liked CeraVe lotion for layering, Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Emulsion is nice too rop
and it's a bit more occlusive than the CeraVe if you are on the drier side.

Another one I just thought of is Le Labo Iris. Back in the day I liked it for a bit but eventually++
the patchouli seemed to get stronger over time and it was all I could smell. The iris part is lovely.
