Pearl finish, although Kleancolor makes the only really nice ones I've ever seen.+
They actually call it a shimmer. To me, a good pearl finish looks glowy but not noticeably shimmery until light hits it strongly. Metallics and frosts

Kleancolor Vanilla Mode is very close, a bit more saturated. It doesn't show brushstrokes, either.
