Thanks to those who suggested Kerasal for my heels. I have been using +

I also love Kerasal and I would start with a nice pedicure as well. I use a "rasp" type of r/o
callous remover personally but you have to be gentle.

Burts Bees Coconut Foot Creme. It's more like an ointment. Apply 2x per day then put on socks over it. Quite gooey, but weirdly effective.
