No way! I love the Fancl and have been using for years. Had not noticed++
reformulation. Have been looking for a cheaper dupe though. Maybe Kose as suggested below.

Have you tried the Body Shop Chammomile Balm? Not quite the same but close. If you get to the stage to try a drippy oil, Kose Softymo is lovely.

I double cleanse everyday with Kose Softymo. I emulsify, rinse and wipe b4 RO
