No. It's water. I don't cleanse my skin in the morning. I just splash some water on my face in the
shower, but that's just to wake up, not cleanse. IMO, a cleanser has something in it that can break through oils and dirt.

It's a very misnamed product as its not sheer or glowy, but it covers nicely while looking imperceptible on the skin. Pump sold separately. The pump
