In Canada here & boy do I struggle with vit D deficiency & mood in the winter!But I can't give up ++
sunscreen so I now take quite a bit of vit D vitamins + use a blue light. It helps, but it's no substitute for sunshine :(

Agree with ergonomics/preference. I have used mine for contouring as well as ++
applying blush and highlight. Depends on the product I’m using and/or the mood I’m in.
