Iso E Super really blends with anything. Maybe not in any ratio though. It can really turn stuff into something else completely.

ISO an off-white liner for inner rim that is cool and very slightly pinky violet rather than peachy.
I'm NW 20ish, and nearly all the off-white liners I've tried are either too goldy-beigey or peachy. I'm pale pasty white, but have violety/ cool mauve
