Starrily doesn't do a ton of new collections/releases but does restocks for preorder here and there. Definitely get Vantablack is you ever wear black

To add another thought ... Starrily bottles are a little more expensive, but they are also bigger +
in volume too. The brushes are more substantial as well. Plus, they are a handmixed indie rather than the boutique ILNP if any of that sways your purc
